2023年、8月に創業者から私が社長を引き継ぎました。
私は株式会社木屋 代表取締役 東京・日本橋木屋「刃物の木屋」（創業232年）９代目となります。
木屋の洋庖丁の製造を弊社の柱とするため、2024年6月にはNC研削機を導入しました。関で育まれた庖丁・刃物の製造技術・伝統技術を継承、発展させ、社員とともに株式会社ゼストにしかできない庖丁・刃物の製造を目指していきます。
僅か10数名の小さな工場ですがこれからいろいろ始まる会社です。
 
また、株式会社ゼストは2024年10月に創業35周年を迎えることができました。
創業以来、支えて頂いたお客様、協力会社の皆さまにあらためて御礼申し上げます。

I took over as president from the founder in August 2023.
I am the ninth president of KIYA & CO.,LTD. in Nihonbashi Tokyo, which has been in business for 232 years.
We adopted NC grinding machine in June 2024 to produce mainly KIYA’s western style knives.
NC grinding machine was installed in June 2024, primarily for manufacturing knives for KIYA.
We aim to develop kitchen knives, manufacturing techniques, and traditional skills cultivated in SEKI. Together with our employees, we strive to manufacture cutlery that only ZEST Co. can produce.
It is a small factory with only about 10 employees, but it is a company where many new things are about to begin.
ZEST Co. celebrates its 35th anniversary in October 2024. We would like to once again thank all of our customers and partners who have supported us since our establishment. Thank you very much.
